Silvan Cheung
Commercial Projects and Settlements Manager
Silvan Cheung has a strong background in finance, operations and energy regulation. Silvan began his career as a financial analyst before expanding his expertise as an advisor at the Ontario Energy Board, where he deepened his regulatory knowledge and honed analytical skills.

Senior Project Manager
Paolo Della-Spina brings more than 15 years of experience in managing complex projects. With a mechanical engineering degree and a career start in the steel industry, he gained early exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and strong mentorship that sparked his passion for capital project management.

The blend of field and office work, combined with the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, made the role especially rewarding and inspired him to return full-time.
